At Human Level, we are delighted to share that we have received the Informa elEconomista Certificate for Excellent Management (CIEGE) in its 8th edition. This recognition endorses our excellence in key areas such as solvency, profitability, and growth; it is granted by the financial newspaper elEconomista.es and the Commercial, Financial, Sectoral, and Marketing Information company, Informa D&B.
Fernando Maciá, CEO of Human Level, and Aurora Maciá, COO, collected the certificate at the gala held this Thursday, November 27, at the Rafael del Pino Auditorium in Madrid. This year, 2,339 companies began the audit, 517 submitted applications, and only 84 companies achieved the seal of excellence.
We have successfully passed the CIEGE questionnaire, which consists of 60 checkpoints: gender balance, training, benefits, sustainability, employment, corporate social responsibility, customer satisfaction, innovation, commercial risk management, and digitalization, among others. This certification strengthens our brand image, increases its recognition, makes us stand out from our competitors, and solidifies our clients’ trust.
For Fernando Maciá, this recognition “represents the natural evolution of a commitment to excellence” that we began with the adoption of the EOS system to structure our operations. “After obtaining the ISO 9001 quality management certification two years ago and recently the ISO 27001 for information security and 22301 for business continuity, we wanted to comprehensively validate our business management,” he explained.
Maciá emphasizes that “these certifications and methodologies reflect our conviction that our work must always respond to the transparency, continuous improvement, and rigor that our clients expect from a strategic partner.”

The Informa elEconomista Certificate for Excellent Management (CIEGE) highlights Spanish companies that demonstrate outstanding performance in business management through the analysis of more than 60 indicators grouped into 10 key areas.
