There are small tools that make life much easier, imagine a life without lighters or forks or remote controls. Miguel will show us how he uses those little tools that are often free and make everyday life easier. Miguel Pascual, SEO & Online Marketing Consultant at Interdigital.

Miguel Pascual at SEO ClinicCloud tools: they have made my life much easier. We cannot rely on applications, documents, hosted locally on a computer. It’s great that your workstation can be anywhere. Google Docs, Calendar, GMail, Trello, Slack…

The goal is to work remotely, anywhere. In the future, workers will live where they want and work from where they want.

That means changing the way of thinking: not face-to-face work, but productive work, by objective and not by hours.

In Bankia they have been condemned to have a record of the schedules that the workers comply with.

Remote management requires tools. We use clockinit time, which measures the time spent on projects. Now we use teamgantt: where we report and prepare the tasks we want to get done in time. Allows you to plan all tasks.

  • GMail
has some shortcomings that are solved by mailtrack.io: it marks whether it has been delivered or whether you have read it. You also know when they read it or if they clicked on the links.

  • Boomerang

  • Sortd
: sort your mail in the inbox. Assigns them to things to do, agreements, etc.

  • Full Contact
does the same thing but presents it in a different way.

  • What Wp Theme Is That
: Web analysis. Identifies a Web template, plug-ins, etc.

  • Builtwith
: it is the same but gives more information, the whole footprint of a Web.

  • Spyonweb
Spyonweb: shows you all the websites with the same analytics UA, e.g. in blog networks, same IP, same Adsense, etc.

  • Touchgraph
more beautiful than useful. Displays graphs of relationships.

  • Redirect path
: for SEO analysis and crawling different redirects.
  • Others: Allow Right-Click, Check My Links, NoFollow, gInfinity (infinite scroll for Google results).
