Quality Policy

The Management defines and participates in the Quality Policy of the company HUMAN LEVEL COMMUNICATIONS SL, a company dedicated to digital marketing and on-line performance improvement services, and having as a basic objective the full satisfaction of our customers as the only way to ensure the profitability and continuity of the company, pursues the achievement of the following general objectives:

  • To make Quality in the provision of our services a seal of identity of our company towards its customers.
  • Comply with applicable legislation and requirements.
  • To commit all levels and personnel in the Quality System, through motivation, communication and training.
  • To carry out a continuous improvement of the Quality System, putting for it, all the means within our reach.

All the staff of this company is aware of the importance of their work to achieve these objectives that are included in our Quality System, which is declared mandatory.
