Professionally

In my case, I haven’t followed a straight path to SEO and digital marketing, but rather I’ve lived several lives before arriving at this one. My first training was in musical theatre and drama, and I worked as an actor for a few years, a job that I turned into a passion and which, although I no longer practise, continues to accompany me to this day.

After a brief experience living and working in Mallorca, I decided to make my first radical change and moved to London, where I spent six years creating and designing cocktails and managing bars and teams for restaurants, immersive escape room experiences + personalised cocktails, piano bars… if you can imagine it, I’ve probably worked there.

Around this time, I began to hear about and take an interest in SEO thanks to friends who worked in marketing. In 2019, I decided to make another radical change (with the intention of it being the last) and return to Spain to train in SEO and digital marketing, which I began practising in 2021 for a foreign B2C e-commerce company. After working for both a digital marketing agency and an end client, I am still just as enthusiastic, with more knowledge and experience and great excitement for the future in a world as dynamic and changing as SEO.

On a personal level

The first thing you should know about me is that I am the father of two cats, Baloo and Yuna, who own my free time, my financial health, and my heart.

What I like most is being told stories: whether in the form of a film, a series, a video game (perhaps my current favourite), a musical, a book… and my favourite conversation is the one that takes place after leaving the cinema or finishing a series. To give you some more specific details, my favourite director is Hayao Miyazaki, my favourite author is Terry Pratchett, my ideal musical is Hamilton, and the Final Fantasy saga stole my heart when I was little and still hasn’t given it back.

Apart from that, I try to travel whenever I can and learn about other cultures, as there is nothing that helps exercise the muscle of empathy and perspective as much as learning about the different ways that humans and animals exist in this world.

The rest of my time is spent with the people I love, playing sports, and eating well and a lot.
