In the afternoon, agency clients had the opportunity to attend a workshop in which Google experts gave support to perform a mobile usability test for their website or online store.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the <strong>most interesting general concepts<\/strong> that were presented were the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In addition to providing solutions to customers, we must anticipate their needs thanks to the information provided by mobile devices.<\/li>\n<li>Use websites to convert and apps to build customer loyalty.<\/li>\n<li><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-24278\" src=\"https:\/\/www.humanlevel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Google-mobile-labs-madrid-participantes1.jpg\" alt=\"Google mobile labs madrid participants\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.humanlevel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Google-mobile-labs-madrid-participantes1.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.humanlevel.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/Google-mobile-labs-madrid-participantes1-400x401.jpg 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Use of methodologies such as Atomic Design as present and future in the design of multi-device sites.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, very good <strong>tips<\/strong> were given <strong>to improve the performance of websites<\/strong> for users using different devices. Some of the highlights were:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Measure <a href=\"https:\/\/www.humanlevel.com\/en\/digital-marketing-dictionary\/usability\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">usability<\/a> through effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Limit links and decision making.<\/li>\n<li>Present only one call to action per page.<\/li>\n<li>Guide the user through the conversion process.<\/li>\n<li>Use standardized icons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With all the information that was shared, it was confirmed that <strong>the massive use of the Internet through mobile devices is a fact<\/strong> and an opportunity that many companies are not knowing how to take advantage of. <strong> The trend points to the fact that users will increasingly use different devices more<\/strong> often, not only cell phones, but also others that are gaining ground such as smartwatches or televisions with Internet connection. Therefore,<strong> you need to stay ahead of the trend by adapting your websites to<\/strong> be user-friendly and convert all potential customers.
