This content is usually <strong>from an external domain<\/strong>. It is commonly used to embed videos, maps, advertisements and other content from external services. The use of the <strong>&lt;iframe<\/strong> tag<strong>&gt; with advertising<\/strong> allows, to a certain extent, to <strong>isolate the impact that advertising has on the<\/strong> initial page load <strong>performance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"How_to_program\">How to program<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The tag &lt;iframe&gt; is used as follows:<\/p>\n<p>&lt;iframe src=&#8221;URL inside iframe&#8221;&gt;&lt;\/iframe&gt;<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"Additional_adjustments\">Additional adjustments<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>If we want to prevent the content of our page from being displayed inside an inline frame<em>(iframe<\/em>) of another website, we can use the following meta tag:<br \/>\n&lt;meta http-equiv=&#8221;X-Frame-Options&#8221; content=&#8221;deny&#8221;&gt;<\/p>\n<p>Or also the equivalent HTTP header parameter:<\/p>\n<pre>x-frame-options: deny\r\n<\/pre>\n<p>If we want to allow the domain to display inside <em>iframes<\/em> its own contents, the value &#8220;sameorigin&#8221; can be used instead of &#8220;deny&#8221;. If, instead, we want to allow <em>iframes<\/em> from a specific URL, for example from https:\/\/www.humanlevel.com\/, it would be by assigning this parameter the value &#8220;allow-from https:\/\/www.humanlevel.com\/&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2><span id=\"Effects_on_SEO\">Effects on SEO<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Google usually ignores the content that appears inside iframe tags, so <strong>it is not recommended to place inside the <em>iframe<\/em> the relevant content<\/strong> to be positioned. Google recommends providing links to the iframe URL in order to get your content indexed.
